How to Create a Provisioning Profile for testing app on iOS devices?

This guide will show you how to create a Distribution Provisioning Profile for testing app on your iOS devices. To create a Distribution Provisioning Profile, you need to have an Apple Developer account and be a member of the iOS Developer Program.
To test the app on your devices, you have to register your iOS devices before create this provisioning profile. please follow the guide below to register your devices firstly. Register iOS devices


Step 1. Go to te Apple Developer Center iOS Provisioning Portal

Log in Apple Developer Center, then click "Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles".


Step 2. Create Provisioning Profile

Under iOS Apps, select "Provisioning Profiles".


Click on the "+" sign at the top right corner to create a new profile. In the next interface you will need to select the type of profile you are trying to collect.

Under Distribution, please select "Ad Hoc".


Next choose the app ID for the app you want to distribute.


Click "Continue"..
Now you have to select the certificate that you will include in the profile.


Click "Continue"..
Now you can select the devices that you will use to test your app.


If you can see any devices here, please follow the guide below to register your devices firstly. Register iOS devices

In the next window you have to create a name for your profile.


When you are done click "Generate"

Step 3. Downoad Provisioning Profile

You have now completed your provisioning profile.


Click the Download button to download the file to your machine.

Step 4. Select Provisioning Profile

Open Mag2GO, click "Add" button in the "Create iOS App for testing on your iOS devices" section to select the .mobileprovision file you downloaded it. Then select it from the "Provisioning Profile" combobox.


Note: Please be sure not to mix up these two Provisioning Profile.
